Water purifier and filter subscription

I ordered the Sans Water Purifier and signed up for the Filter Subscription Service. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. It took about 7 days for the purifier to arrive, which was a bit longer than I expected but understandable given the size. Installation was super easy; didn't need any plumbing which was a big plus. The water tastes noticeably cleaner, much better than tap. The subscription service seems convenient, and I like not having to remember to reorder filters. I did reach out to support with a question about filter recycling and they got back to me within a day with helpful info. The unit itself feels well-built, not flimsy at all. It's a bit larger on the countertop than I imagined, but it fits in with my kitchen aesthetics okay. Overall, a good experience and a product I'm happy with.

Always reliable, great air

I've ordered from Sans several times now, mostly for replacement filters. This time I got a Replacement HEPA Filter and a new Pre-filter. They always ship pretty quick, usually arrives in 4-5 days. The quality is consistently good; I don't ever worry about fit or performance. That's why I keep coming back.

Good purifier, slow tracking

I bought the Sans Air Purifier Bundle. The unit itself looks nice and works well, definitely noticed an improvement in air quality. Delivery took about 6 days which is acceptable. My only minor gripe was the tracking updates were a bit slow to show progress, felt like it sat at 'label created' for a couple days. Otherwise, it's a solid product for the price I paid.
